I have spent most of my life in school teaching and learning. After a time in the Marine Corps Reserves, I went on to earn a Associate's degree in Science, Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science, Masters Degree in Math and Teaching, Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Administration and now ABD (all but dissertation) in Educational Leadership. During that time I had three children and did all of the mom things. We have traveled all around the US and world. My middle daughter majored in Global Studies and Arabic so while she was doing her study abroad I had an excuse for an awesome trip to Egypt and Turkey. My first grand child was born this year, what a joy! I am looking forward to retirement some day and more travel, but my youngest is still in high school so I have a way to go!
