I knew Dave and his family at a very young age. We lived in the same neighborhood. I remember Dave having a 2nd chance at life when we were about 1st or 2nd grade. He and 2 others were hit by, what I remember, was a limo. One friend was not so lucky. So, when I heard that Dave passed from a car accident, I was shocked. David was in some of my classes and I really took a liking to him because we laughed so much.
He was a pretty funny guy and was pretty easy to get along with. My heart was saddened to read of his passing. He will be missed.
